Jimmy is such a wonderful chef/cook. Our food for our wedding was such a hit, people are still talking about the sauce he used with the beef tenderloin and his shrimp appetizer. He is highly professional and so easy to talk to and work with. He is an easy-going person and his staff was excellent too. I highly recommend him.
